Our Return & Refund Policies
For Services Ordered From Derose Entertainment, LLC
We will only accept the requests made within 30 days of services completed or products purchased.
To ensure that we receive and issues the proper credit for your requests, please use the merchandise return label provided in the shipping package that arrived with the merchandise.
In any case, you have not received a return label, contact our Services Department, and a new return label will come at you.
Merchandise or item returns must be in a resalable condition. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
We refund the full amount of the product, minus return shipping and handling.
The return shipping and handling charge can be waived if you return the item at your cost.
All returns will be credited to the credit card account used to purchase our services and will be processed no later than ten business days after being received.
It may take more than one billing cycle for your return credit to appear on your statement.
Requested Credits/refunds due to offer promotional changes are not eligible for price adjustments.
